Car worth?

Ok, I’m wanting to buy a 1980-1999 Toyota Celica that has all this stuff on it: Custom exuast, a set of 18′ rims, 10′ subs, amp, stereo system, new intake, new wiring..and more car only has about 120k miles..and he is selling this for $1,000, and a 2004 KLX 125 dirtbike…I want to buy it, but i need to make sure its worth it.
Theres absolutely nothing wrong with it..just he needs to sell it and he can get a brand new car…He drives to school everyday and hes like a wizard with cars so he knows what hes doing…nothing at ALL wrong
